The wetlands around Tso Moriri Lake attract numerous bird species, including the black-necked crane, Brahminy duck, and bar-headed goose. The area is also frequented by Tibetan gazelles, Tibetan wolves, and other wildlife. Karakoram Wildlife Sanctuary
